What will your job look like BMC Remedy Specialist, Exp 5-9 Years Gurgaon Mandatory Skills :- ITIL ITSM Processes, namely Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Fulfillment, Service Level Management, IT Asset Management, Infrastructure criticality, Priorities, etc. Should have in-depth knowledge of Configuration Management process/practice. Should have experience in developing, documenting, communicating, and maintaining Configuration Management process and procedures. Should have experience in leading Configuration management activities within a structured process framework, which includes but is not limited to the following: Creating and maintaining data model designs for Configuration Management Database, including entity relationships, data flows, conceptual and logical data models, and data dictionaries. Facilitating the data maintenance process shall include discovery and service mapping strategies and processes. Ensuring configuration information is available to other IT processes and Support teams within the Service delivery organization and in a format that meets business needs (e.g., dashboards). Regularly validating the integrity and currency of the contents in the Configuration Management Database (all CIs and all configuration classes). Regularly providing a ad hoc Reports from the Configuration Management Database to report the health status of Configuration data, findings and executed corrective actions. All you need is...
