Domain: FMCG onlyAs a director level Delivery Executive, who will be responsible for leading and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of Smart Factory programs within the Fast-moving Consumer goods (FMCG) and retail sectors. This includes overseeing MES/MOM implementations, Industry 4.0, Smart factory initiatives and IT/OT integration across global manufacturing sites. The role demands deep domain expertise in consumer goods, strong program & Delivery governance, and the ability to drive value realization through digital innovation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Program Delivery: Lead large-scale MES/MOM, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and IIOT/ Manufacturing Data Platform initiatives across multiple sites
Client Engagement: Act as the delivery interface for geography and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, efforts, cost and quality expectations.
Presales, Solution Design and CoE: Oversee proposed solution design and provide pre sales support and grow Smart factory CoE
Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams including solution architects, domain consultants, and delivery managers.
Governance & Risk Management: Establish delivery governance frameworks, manage escalations, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
Innovation & Best Practices: Promote adoption of AI/ML, Gen AI and other digital innovation for future-proof operationsThe candidate should have a problem solving and innovation mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (Practice Maturity, Delivery oriented business/revenue growth, contribution margin, , market recognition).The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.Our Ideal CandidateThey will have 20-25 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing/Smart Factory – CPRS Practice and delivery management with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:Experience in manufacturing IT, with at least 5 years in delivery leadership roles within the Consumer goods and Food & Beverage domain.
Proven track record in delivering MES/MOM solutions (GE Proficy, Aveva, Traksys), IIOT using Azure, AWS etc.
Strong understanding of Good manufacturing practices, Food & Beverage compliance frameworks.
Experience in agile, lean, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Ability to handle 100+ team members and multiple stakeholders, process owners
Good collaboration and business acumen.
PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
Experience with global rollouts and multi-site implementations.
Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
Ability to roll sleeves
Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
