- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in target markets, focusing on cybersecurity needs, pain points, and current security infrastructures.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to initiate conversations with decision makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Officers, etc.).
- Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of prospects through discovery calls and qualify them as opportunities for the sales team.
- Nurturing Relationships: Maintain communication with potential clients, providing relevant information and insights to build trust and interest in our security solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and assist in the development of targeted sales campaigns.
- Stay Informed: Continuously stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, security threats, and new products to provide valuable insights during interactions with prospects.
- Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with lead data, insights, and preparation for demos, presentations, and client meetings.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics such as the number of qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and deals initiated.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, cybersecurity, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity space. Skills * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends and products is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
