SIHAMCO is looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who is deeply passionate about the art and science of branding, with specific expertise in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. This includes an extensive focus on designing and leveraging AI-powered creativity to push the boundaries of traditional graphic design. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective and a strong aesthetic sensibility to elevate our visual identity.This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to support and contribute to our prestigious group of award-winning concepts, including the renowned The Groves brand. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely and collaboratively with our CEO and the dynamic creative team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. You will play a key role in shaping compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and enhance our market presence.The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and includes full sponsorship for relocation.We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes visa sponsorship, round-trip flights, an attractive basic salary, accommodation, and transport.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complete brand identities from scratch: logo, typography, color palette, patterns.
  • Design menus, signage, packaging, and full visual systems for our restaurants and kiosk concepts.
  • Use AI tools (NanoBanana, MidJourney, SeeDance, ChatGPT) to create concepts, imagery, and mood boards.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print, fabrication, and digital screens.
  • Create presentation decks and brand guidelines for new concept launches.
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visuals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in branding or graphic design (hospitality, F&B, fine-dinning restaurant experience is a plus).
  • Expert in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong command of AI creative tools: NanoBanana, MidJourney, ChatGPT, FreePik.
  • Demonstrated ability to design menus, signage, packaging, and brand identities.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital/print work.
  • Excellent layout, typography, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands.
