- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and category strategies.
- Identify channel-specific opportunities and design category-led interventions to drive sell-out.
- Align trade marketing initiatives with seasonal trends, new product launches, and market dynamics.
- Design trade schemes and promotional offers tailored to different channels and customer segments.
- Monitor scheme effectiveness, analyse performance data, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, PL's and Finance to optimize scheme structure and ROI.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback, monitor execution, and identify improvement areas.
- Analyze trade data, competitor activities, and retail trends to derive actionable insights.
- Track ROI of trade initiatives and create performance dashboards for leadership review.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of trade marketing programs.
- Support new product launches with go-to-market (GTM) readiness, sales collaterals, and retailer communication.
