MDM Intern

• You will contribute and focus on timely and accurate processing of creation, change requests for Customer master data. It includes running and prioritizing the MDM mailbox requests, workflow queues as well as working within agreed SLA’s. Strong collaboration and close cooperation with internal customers and vendors on understanding daily problems.
• In supporting data quality, harmonization activities, and MDM process-improvement workshops.
• Co-ordinate and resolve processing/reporting and field issues within the MDM team.
• Implement master data transactions covering: build, amend and extend for vendors, customers etc.
• Identify gaps in policies and raise issues to Manager, Finance approver or Data Quality Organization as vital for resolution. Update MDM knowledge articles.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or preferred Master's Degree.
• Experience: 0–1 year MDM experience preferred, Master Data within a global environment would be beneficial. Winshuttle/Appian working experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of data management principles and standard process.
• Good interpersonal skills – ability to build good relationships with virtual teams and leadership.
• Basic research, Presentation skills, Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
• Ready to work in US shifts: 5:30 Pm till 2.30 Am IST as per requirement.
