Job Description :Job Opening: Machine Shop ApprenticeAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Machine Shop team as a Diploma Apprentice. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CNC machines, work with casting materials, and understand precision machining processes in a professional manufacturing environment. This is a day shift position.Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the operation and monitoring of CNC turning and milling machines.

Loading and unloading casting components onto machines.

Providing support in basic machine setup and tool changes under supervision.

Ensuring proper measurement and inspection of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, etc.

Maintaining cleanliness and safety at the workstation.

Learning and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining.

Recording production data and assisting in routine maintenance checks.

Coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or recent graduates).

Willingness to work in a machine shop environment.

Good understanding of mechanical concepts and basic machine operations.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of CNC programming / G & M codes (added advantage).

Understanding of technical drawings and tolerances.

Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).

Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setup.
