They require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Recording: Collecting, maintaining, and reconciling bank statements, invoices, and general ledger accounts.
  • Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (cash flow, profit & loss, balance sheets)

  • Compliance & Tax: Ensuring compliance with local/international laws, handling tax filings, and conducting audits.
  • Analysis: Reviewing financial data to provide insights on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
  • Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
  • Technical: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, ethical behavior, and clear communication skills.
