Developing a package installer or converting existing packages using InstallScript MSI project of InstallShield
Creating custom actions within MSI to make the applications work according to the company standards
Candidate should provide well-thought-out recommendations on complex InstallShield architecture issues
Candidate should have:

Extensive experience working with MSI tables and Merge Modules
A thorough knowledge of C++ / Windows API for creating custom actions and integrating them with the feature as required
Experience working on silent installations for specific applications to automate them for software distribution
