- Manage end-to-end sales operations through distributors, ensuring consistent delivery and service to MT retail and e-commerce accounts.
- Lead negotiation and PO generation from local buying managers, either independently or through the team, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain 100% fill rates at key accounts by proactively managing distributor inventory levels and implementing accurate demand forecasting.
- Oversee product listing in local key accounts and ensure proper article mapping within national accounts, including execution of monthly promotional campaigns.
- Reconcile local sales promotion budgets and invoices in close coordination with the Accounts and Finance teams.
- Drive trade activation initiatives for MT accounts, including merchandising activities for new product launches, visibility enhancements, and in-store promotions.
- Supervise third-party field teams, including promoters and supervisors, to ensure effective merchandising execution and accurate product off-take tracking at outlet level.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in managing distributor networks, e-commerce accounts, and retail execution.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Industry preference: FMCG (excluding Dairy Products).
- Proficiency in sales data analysis, promotion planning, and performance reporting.
