Job description:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying new potential partners.- Promote and sell the company's range of UPVC products to dealers, architects, and contractors.- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to orders, product quality, or service.- UPVC products are like Doors, Windows, Partitions etc. - Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback to the management for strategic planning.- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility.- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.Preferred candidate profile:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to travel within the region to meet dealers and customers.- Familiarity with the glass or architectural materials industry is a plus.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- A passion for sales and a results-driven approach.Qualifications & Skills:- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience.- Proven experience (3+ years) - Strong knowledge of Geographical Location- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage teams.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel as required.Benefits:- Competitive salary, Travel Allowance and performance bonuses.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
