- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects end-to-end
- Manage site operations, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality norms
- Handle resource planning, material management, and cost control
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Expertise in site management and contractor coordination
- Good understanding of BOQ, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD (added advantage)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential / commercial / industrial construction projects
