- Proven experience as a Chinese chef or relevant role in a reputable establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in Chinese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to create and develop a variety of Chinese dishes with an emphasis on quality, flavor, and presentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Chinese kitchen or similar dining environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or large-scale catering service is a plus.
- Previous experience in training kitchen staff is advantageous.
- Exposure to international culinary practices and the ability to adapt techniques according to local preferences.
