Installing and configuring Splunk Enterprise and ITSI modules. Creating and managing user accounts and ensuring proper access controls and security measures are in place to protect sensitive data. Integrating various data sources into ITSI for monitoring and analysis. Managing and maintaining data sources to ensure data quality and reliability. Configuring service templates, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and notable events. Setting up alerting mechanisms to detect and notify on service anomalies or performance degradation. Conducting periodic performance assessments and making necessary adjustments to improve scalability and responsiveness. Investigating and diagnosing issues to determine root causes. Ensuring ITSI deployment complies with security standards and regulations. Key skills Required Installing, Configure Splunk IT Service Intelligence service templates, entities, KPIs, glass tables, and notable events Splunk ITSI deployments ticketing systems, CMDBs , monitoring solutions, and automation frameworks. Qualifications and Education Requirements Work experience and educational background that a candidate should have when applying for the position B.E / B.Tech. Years of Exp. : 3 - 5+years of relevant experience. Working conditions General Shift. Must be flexible to extend working hours when needed.
