  • Support for general operational requests/inquiries (e.g. handover, package tracking, order tracking/status).
  • Act as point contact for operational requests/inquiries.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound order progress.
  • Provide reports to relevant stakeholders/clients and/or respond to update requests from clients/internal stakeholders.
What are the requirements:
  • Fresh graduate from any major.
  • Having experience as Customer Service Intern/Admin Support Intern will be an advantages.
  • Having great Excel skils.
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Warehouse Kapuk
Additional Information:
  • Working days & hours : based on operational schedule
  • Internship period 6 months.
  • Paid internship.
