Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, including but not limited to website sales, software sales, digital marketing service sales, and cloud services sales. This role demands a highly motivated individual who is adept at navigating the sales process from the initial call to the successful onboarding of new clients. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients in diverse industries such as real estate, manufacturing, automobile, retail, travel, oil and gas, banking, education, eCommerce, logistics, among others. Manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to closure and onboarding. Maintain and manage accounts of different clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed. Utilise a fundamental understanding of technology, website development, digital marketing, mobile app development, and other IT services to effectively sell and consult with clients across various sectors. Work under pressure in a target-driven environment to meet and exceed sales targets. Create compelling presentations for products and services, tailor-made to suit the needs of potential clients. Prepare accurate quotations and service level agreements for clients. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance sales efforts and client consultations. Requirements: Proven experience in IT sales, with a solid portfolio of previous clients. Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively, from initial contact through to client onboarding. Experience managing accounts for a diverse client base. Strong understanding of technology, digital marketing, website development, mobile app development, and digital transformation services. Broad industry knowledge, with the ability to consult clients from any sector. Excellent presentation skills, with the capability to create presentations for any product or service. Proficiency in creating quotations, service level agreements, and understanding of whitepapers. A robust personal network within the industry. Willingness to work under pressure in a target-driven, results-oriented environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
