- Develop profitable SME LAP (Loan Against Property) relationships in Assets and seek out opportunities to actively market New To Bank business
- Source business through the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) model and develop strong relationships with DSAs and referral partners
- Handle an assigned portfolio for services and new business opportunities from existing customers
- Coordinate with credit and other support functions from the sanction to disbursement process
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of successful team leadership
- Strong understanding of the SME lending market, including product knowledge, credit assessment, and risk management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers, DSAs, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to drive informed decision-making
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Thorough understanding of the bank's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
