- Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP) and service delivery documentation - Deploy products, configure systems, and verify integrated solutions - Support system launches and new solution rollouts for customer contracts - Troubleshoot issues by reproducing them in lab environments and conducting root cause analysis - Analyze Product Configuration (PC) and Market Requirement Documents (MRD) in the context of customer business flows - Provide feedback to R&D for product improvements and quality assurance - Stay updated with product releases and enhancements - Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency through automation - Provide Tier 2 support and 24/7 hotline assistance for live site emergencies (optional) - Minimum 4 years of experience in System Integration and/or Software Product Support - Hands-on experience with Linux (SUSE or RHEL preferred) - Strong network troubleshooting skills; familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, OpenSSL, and HTTPS - Practical knowledge of virtualization and cloud-native technologies (KVM, VMware, OpenStack/CEE, Kubernetes) - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl - Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL - Understanding of Telecom Networks including Core, Radio, or Access Network - Ability to read and understand code in Java or Node.js (optional) - Familiarity with protocols such as LDAP, Diameter, SNMP (optional) - Experience in customer solution design including HLD, LLD, and TOL documentation (optional)
