- Design prompt strategies, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning/adapter approaches where appropriate
- Apply NLP and ML methods: text classification, topic modeling, semantic search, embeddings, clustering, regression/causal inference as needed
- Develop Python-based prototypes and evaluation frameworks for LLM and GenAI use cases
- Advanced use of object-oriented programming and functional programming patterns for ML workflowsQualifications:- 4+ years experience in Data Science/ML with demonstrable GenAI/LLM project experience
- Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn; plus LangChain/LlamaIndex OR direct SDKs like OpenAI/Vertex AI/Hugging Face)
- Hands-on with embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt design, and LLM evaluation
- Solid grounding in statistics & experimentation: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, A/B testing design
