This role ensures that ground-level operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies. The Executive COE supports operational teams, implements process improvements, manages resources, and monitors service quality to enhance the customer experience and maintain high safety standards across all airports.Responsibilities:

To undertake special project for improvement of efficiency of airport operation
System admin-Operations for all the key operational systems and continuous review of the requirements and implementation in coordination with respective airports
Management of operational business rules in the various systems after due consultation with relevant stakeholders
Uploading of seasonal flights/daily schedule upload into AODB
Providing system access per request on ops systems to internal as well as external stakeholders
Training of all the relevant staff on Applications related to Airport Operations.
Advising or developing optimal solutions for Airport Operations to automate the repetitive tasks
Management of AODB related data, timely inspection of data accuracy and advice the respective airports on better practices to maintain the data quality.

Qualifications:EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferable in IT

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Python
MS office skills must
5+ Years of overall experience
At least 3+ years of experience in airport operation control center
