The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the essential oil supply chain, vendor development, and cost negotiation, and must ensure timely procurement aligned with production and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop reliable suppliers for essential oils, natural ingredients, carrier oils, packaging, etc.Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency and timely availability.Manage the purchase cycle from inquiry to delivery, including purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms.Track inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for procurement planning.Conduct market research to identify new sources and ensure competitive pricing.Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation, especially for international sourcing.Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and ensure service level agreements are met.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth inward movement and storage of goods.Monitor and report on key purchasing metrics (cost savings, delivery timelines, supplier performance, etc.).Knowledge of essential oils, botanicals, and industry-specific raw materials is highly preferred.Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/Tally) and MS Excel.Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with QA, production, and logistics teams.MUST HAVE: Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Immediate - 15-day joiners will be preferred.Email your CV to hr (at) anddjobs (dot) com or WhatsApp: 88006 67623Andd Jobs | Free Job Helpline | No Charges, No Fee
