Job Description:
Laxmi Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager Quality to join our team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing quality control within both
the Weld Shop and Paint Shop environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality control processes in the Weld Shop and Paint Shop.
Ensure all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Lead and mentor the quality team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions as
necessary.
Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports.
Collaborate with other departments (production, procurement, etc.) to ensure quality
is maintained at all stages of production.
Implement quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality management, specifically in the Weld
Shop and Paint Shop.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and standards.
Knowledge of relevant tools and techniques to ensure product quality.
Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO or similar quality management systems.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
