- Generating enquiries and converting into Orders through effective networking with customers.
- Ensure regular follow up with customer's and feedback to the proposal team.
- Follow up with internal teams to meet customer timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing and organising sales-related documentation
- Collaborating with different departments to facilitate efficient workflow, customer relationship management
- Resolving customer issues, complaints and providing post-sales assistance
- Communicating customer feedback internally to improve products and services
- Continuous cooperation with the local market analyst
- Bachelor's degree in science / commerce from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Sales function (Industrial products)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and internal teamwork.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Heat Recovery steam generators, particularly suited to operate in cycles with frequent start-ups and shut-downs. They can be installed behind gas turbines of all power ratings, brands and burning all types of fuel;
- The manufacture and maintenance of boiler parts, in particular pressure parts in its specialized workshops.
- Aftersales services, technical assistance, inspections from the rehabilitation to the modernization of all types and brands of boilers;
- Wet & dry cooling with cooling towers and air cooled condensers for power plants.
- Thermal solar receivers (Concentrated Solar Power), that capture the sun's rays, reflected by mirrors on the ground, and enable to produce energy 24/7 thanks to molten salts;
