Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesDescription of the job and key result areas:Conduct Idea Generation workshops / Natural teams workshops for filling Idea pipeline for current as well as for next 3 financial years .
- Visit to Suppliers & Dealers for Ideation purpose.
- To inculcate VAVE culture by organizing VAVE Knowledge sharing Training programs/ workshops across all manufacturing plants (Officers & Associates) & at Suppliers end.
- Do Project planning for smooth implementation of every IMCR project.
- Actively conduct the Weekly CFT review meeting with all stakeholders to smoothly progress on every proposal planned for implementation.
- Managing MIS for platforms allotted to handle.
- Timely escalation of critical & Inter department issues to senior management for early resolution.
- Timely distribution of IMCR awards to CFTs members as per policy.
- To work for improving the existing processes for better efficiency.
- Participate & Present Paper Case study in International Awards & Conferences.
- Developing & implementing innovative approaches in cost reductionKnowledge/Skills Required:- Value Engineering knowledge will be advantage
- Project Management Knowledge
- Automotive- Product & System knowledge
- Manufacturing Process knowledge for automobile parts & its assemblies.
