As Director of Managed Services, you’ll architect and execute a scalable strategy that blends human creativity with intelligent automation. You will lead a fast-growing team of professionals and position the Chennai hub as a global center of excellence for AI-powered service delivery. From operational execution to strategic innovation, your leadership will directly shape the future of fulfillment at Vendasta.Your ImpactAs a Director of Managed Services, you'll work with global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Partner Success, and Leadership to:
  • Architect and implement a scalable growth roadmap for the Chennai hub aligned with Vendasta’s global strategy.
  • Oversee all delivery operations across digital ads, listings, reputation, social, content, and websites—ensuring high-quality, SLA-driven outcomes.
  • Lead AI integration and automation efforts, driving innovation across fulfillment workflows, QA, reporting, and onboarding.
  • Manage the hub’s P&L, optimize operations using data-driven insights, and grow revenue while improving service margins.
  • Inspire and develop a 100+ person team, implement talent development programs, and promote a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate partner needs into scalable strategies and continuously improve platform capabilities.
What You Bring to the TableYou bring 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or managed services, including a proven track record leading large-scale, high-performing teams. You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, content, listings, and SEO, as well as hands-on experience implementing AI or workflow automation in service delivery. You’re an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder who can align global stakeholders and lead teams across time zones. Strong business acumen, experience owning budgets, and a data-driven mindset are must-haves.Bonus points if you have:
  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Experience working in SaaS or agency-serving platforms
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications
  • A background leading global, cross-cultural teams or AI-powered service operations

Vendasta
