As a staff engineer, you will help us build out our product capabilities as we grow. This role requires technical and interpersonal skills to work with your teammates, passion for coming up with solutions to complex problems, expertise in product development and quality and knowledge of security and scalability aspects for SaaS solutions. As a Staff Engineer you will: Design and develop delightful user experience for our no-code platform and the applications built on the platform. In this role you will focus on the following: Designing and developing UI components and widgets that deliver on our promise of delivering delightful user experience. Deliver code that meets security, quality and scalability requirements Deliver functionality with monitoring and supportability aspects built into it. Review design and code from your peers, identify opportunities to improve the user experience of the systems you are working on. Work Experience and Skills required: Overall 12+ years of software development experience At least 10+ years of Web and Mobile UI development experience in the relevant domain Expertise in building user experiences using React.js, Node.js and React Native technologies. Worked on a product or SaaS platform for 5+ years Good communication and negotiation skills What is leadership like for this role What is the structure and culture of the team like This role will be reporting to the Director, Engineering.
