Responsibilities :A day in the life of an Infoscion

Provide L3 support for Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies.
Design, implement, and maintain Intune policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to device configuration, app deployment, and user access.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant device management.
Monitor and optimize Intune performance, reporting, and analytics.
Lead Intune migration projects and contribute to enterprise mobility strategy.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices.
Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide knowledge transfer.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in MDM/EMM using Microsoft Intune. Having knowledge on JAMF and other leading MDM products will be considered as added advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM integration, and co-management.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.
