Senior Manager

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Appian BPM applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the Appian ecosystem.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high application availability and performance.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using Web APIs, Web Services, and other integration mechanisms.
• Prepare technical documentation including solution architecture, technical design, and support guides.
• Stay updated with Appian product enhancements and advocate for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of overall software development experience, with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM.
• Proven experience as a technical lead in Appian-based projects.
• Appian Level 2 or 3 certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Appian plug-ins, CDT design, process modeler, records, reports, and sites.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Appian RPA, Appian AI, and Appian Process Mining is a plus.
