- Develop and execute GTM strategy for Smart Video / Surveillance HDD portfolio
- Drive demand generation with System Integrators (SIs), OEMs, and channel partners
- Expand presence in key verticals: Government, Safe City, BFSI, Retail, Infrastructure
- Enable partners through training, solution positioning, and use-case selling
- Work closely with marketing to localize campaigns, whitepapers, and messaging
- Track pipeline, wins, and design-ins across projects and accounts
- Provide market intelligence (competition, grey/refurb market insights)
- Support large deal closures and strategic bids
- 12+ years of experience in surveillance, storage, or video solutions
- Strong network across SIs, VMS players, and surveillance ecosystem
- Good understanding of video workloads, storage requirements, and use cases
- Proven track record in channel-driven sales and demand generation
- Strong commercial acumen and execution mindset
- Revenue growth in Smart Video segment
- Pipeline creation and conversion
- Partner activation and coverage expansion
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven sales experience or demonstrated ability to build client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related technical field
- Experience in technical or B2B sales environments
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Sales acumen with target-driven mindset and technical aptitude
- Problem-solving and consultative selling skills
- Professional presentation and negotiation abilities
