Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant- HyderabadJob Summary:We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance workforce management, optimize HR processes, and drive digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:Work on end-to-end implementation, support, or enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, or Recruitment.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules according to best practices and client needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Lead and participate in testing (unit, system integration, UAT) and defect resolution.Provide post-go-live support and user training.Create documentation including design specifications, test cases, and training materials.Keep up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and innovations.Assist in data migration, interface development, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
