We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance, and maximizing return on investment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily operations of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use)Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants; handle inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptlyCoordinate and supervise vendors and service providers (maintenance, landscaping, security, etc.)Monitor lease compliance and ensure timely rent collectionsPrepare, manage, and adhere to operating budgets and financial reportsConduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulationsAssist in leasing activities such as renewals, space planning, and coordination with brokersRecommend and implement capital improvement projects to maintain and enhance property valueMaintain up-to-date property documentation, including lease files, contracts, and tenant recordsPrepare monthly and quarterly reports for ownership or asset managersQualifications:Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)35 years of experience in commercial property management or real estate operationsStrong knowledge of commercial leases, property maintenance, and budgetingExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Buildium)Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentReal estate license or CPM/RPA designation is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and certifications
