  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every call
  • Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
  • Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams when required
Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
