Assistant Manager

• GST filings and reconciliations: Prepare, review, and file periodic GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6, GSTR-9/9C as applicable); perform GST ledger reconciliations.
• Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM): Identify RCM exposures, compute liabilities, ensure timely payment and reporting.
• Refunds: Prepare refund claims, coordinate documentation, follow up with tax consultants for timely processing.
• Direct tax support: Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS compliance, and tax provisioning.
• Tax audits and notices: Support statutory and tax audits; draft responses to notices and coordinate with external counsel/consultants.
• Regulatory monitoring: Keep updated with changes in indirect and direct tax laws; implement process changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Liaise with finance, legal, procurement, and business teams to optimize tax outcomes.
• Global Tax: Support in compliance and litigation of US/ UK Taxes
• Transfer Pricing/ International Tax: Support in preparation of Transfer pricing related compliances, litigation and advisory

• Qualification: CA with strong tax experience especially GST.
• Experience: 3-4 years in corporate/ indirect tax or CA firm handling GST, RCM, refunds, and tax audits.
• Technical skills: Proficient with GSTN portal, ERP, Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to explain tax impact and requirements to non‑tax teams.
• Attributes: Detail‑oriented, deadline driven, and able to work under audit timelines.
• Good to have skill: Transfer Pricing and International tax skill/ US Tax knowledge
