Job Title Identity and Access Management Operations (Senior Associate) Role Summary & Role Description Global Cyber Security team is looking for Candidates with 4years+ experience at Assistant manager of relevant experience in the field of SailPoint data management (through GUI) or similar IDM tools. This role will involve managing configuration changes on Identity Management tool (SailPoint) based on business requirement and ensuring Information Security policies and guidelines are adhered to. Tasks: Management of application and business roles, its configuration and workflow Management of configuration of entitlements and workgroups Exception analysis for Native change detection of critical applications and report to relevant stakeholders for remediation on SailPoint and other IAM tools Perform various access rights management controls ensuring data owners and approvers are in lines with the required policies and procedures Perform quality checks and secondary review on requests processed by other team members Communicate with business entities on a periodic basis and provide requested data from SailPoint Track progress on data reviewed by business entities and follow-up as required Deliver valuable reporting through data extraction and analysis for our external and internal users Leverage trends and patterns within the data to create efficiencies in data management Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve data analysis Elicit and document current and future state process flows, operational documents, reports etc. Core/Must have skills Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or business field requiredand 4 years of relevant experience in the field of SailPoint data management (through GUI) or similar IDM tools. Basic understanding of access management Good understanding of MS applications with focus on data analysis (Excel) and presentations (Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (a writing exercise will be administered) Excellent organizational and documentation skillsand Self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a teamwith Strong work ethic. Good to have skills Should have good understanding of scripting to automate tasks. RBAC, AD, Forgerock Work Schedule Hybrid, Would Need to overlap with US business hours.
