- Acquire new Corporate relationships
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned corporates
- Maintain highest level of relationship with the Corporate and key decision maker/s (KDMs)
- Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new cross sell opportunities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
- Taking care of Salary processing for acquired/assigned Corporates
- Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process' as laid down from time to time
- Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
- Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of Municipal Corporations, State Government Departments , Central Government Departments , Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defense, Autonomous Bodies etc.
- Would be responsible for handling transaction & banking businesses like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt. clients
- Create a rapport with the top management of all the clientele
- Deepening of existing clients and increase CASA base further to next level
- Generate leads and work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients
- Relevant work experience of 12 to 15 yrs for Senior Relationship Manager ( SRM )
- Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.
- Full understanding on Government functionalities and departments
- Excellent communication skills to handle top cadre IAS , IPS , IFS , IRS etc..who are into Senior Bureaucracy into State Government or Central Government
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills with go getter attitude
- Willing to travel extensively if required
- Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS & Able to manage and drive various Learning events
- Should be a deal maker and should have deal cracking capabilities
- MBA (Marketing / Finance) or Post graduate preferred
