- 6-12 years of hands-on experience in high frequency, high current, high-density DC/DC designs.
- Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of basic power supply topologies [Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost] and control system design with lab skills to test and debug of switch mode power supplies
- Experience in selection of MOSFET’s, Gate Drivers, Capacitors, Inductors and use of these components in POL design and applications.
- Able to collaborate with all functions in the organization from Marketing, FAE’s and sales, to IC design and product development AE’s to ensure successful product development.
- IC block level modelling experience with Simplis/PSpice
- Intimate knowledge of various regulator architectures.
- Experience in using digital controllers & power stages for power management applications
- Effectively multi-task, manage priorities and solve technical problems independently
- Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
- Strong communication skills in verbal & written English and work effectively in a team environment
- Good at developing relationships with internal and external engineering community
