This role involves counseling, sales conversion, and relationship building to ensure every student selects the right IIDE program aligned with their goals.What You’ll Do● Student Counseling & Guidance:○ Counsel students on IIDE’s digital marketing programs based on their interests and career aspirations.○ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.● Sales & Conversion:○ Convert inquiries into successful admissions through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.○ Maintain and update lead databases and ensure seamless CRM management.● Walk-in Interaction:○ Represent IIDE during walk-in interviews and guide candidates through the enrollment process.○ Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while communicating IIDE’s vision and program benefits.● Additional Duties:○ Support the admissions and marketing teams in achieving monthly targets.○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.RequirementsWho You Are● Must-Have:○ Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in sales or academic counseling.○ Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.○ Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office.● Should Have:○ Interest in education, counseling, and student relationship management.○ Ability to maintain professionalism in high-volume interaction environments.● Nice to Have:○ Previous experience in education sales or counseling.○ Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
