Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager (BDM) - USA Market (IT Consulting Services) located in Hyderabad. As a BDM, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our client base in the USA market. You will identify business opportunities, build relationships, and provide IT consulting services to meet our clients' needs. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT industry and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive positioning within the USA market for IT consulting services. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire new clients, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively position our IT consulting services as solutions to address their challenges and drive business outcomes. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth, providing regular reports and updates to management.
