Crucial understanding and determination of selection criteria Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with add hoc work related to screening, shortlisting and ATS Management. Co-ordinate with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and then to understand the recruitment process. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the ATS. Sorting data and data management. Skills and Qualifications: 0 - 1 year of recruitment experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks Basic understanding about recruitment and willing to learn Understanding of ATS is optional.
