- Analyzing the project performance and conducting detailed analysis of the Sales and collections data shared by the client.
- Conducting regular visits to the allotted portfolio of construction projects and analyze the sales data in congruence to the physical progress at the site.
- Keeping a tab to the RERA regulations and adherence of the same by the client and highlighting any red flags to the management for appropriate action to be taken.
- Keep a track of the compliances, statutory and internal both and reminding the business team for closure from time to time.
- Updating the Project / Loan performances on periodic basis and reporting the key observations to the Management for further action to be taken.
- Highlighting the early warning signals in the loan portfolio
- Conducting regular Portfolio discussion with the Business and Credit Team
