Trident Consulting is looking for a Java Developer for one of our clients Role: Java Developer Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Type: Fulltime Immediate Joiners preferred Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. Develop technical specifications and architecture designs for software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure functionality and reliability. Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development. Document software specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation as needed. Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
