POSITION PURPOSE- Educate Hospitality Sector on Brand Jaquar, Brand Artize and CBS- Educate Hospitality Sector on CBS which provides them unique value- Convert market potential into sales through CBS - Create customers by convincing them on value they get from Jaquar, thus, develop market- Be the Jaquar Brand Ambassador in the Hospitality Sector- Extend support to the branch sales team by giving them the leads from Hospitality SectorJOB PROFILE- To do extensive market coverage of Hospitality Chains, Promoters/ Builders, Architects, PMCs & Consultants- Take personal ownership of Hospitality clients- Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company- Establish all verticals of CBS with Hospitality Units- Introduce and promote new products brought by the company- Ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders- Existing Hotel Chains to be catered & converted to CBS users- Do Sales Promotion & Business development through personally meeting & bringing clients to Orientation Center & manufacturing unit- Develop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House-keepers & Project Team of each hotel unit- Make plans for self, set goals & achieve these Chain-wise, Unit-wise, Promoter-wise & Architects/ PMC/ Consultant wise- Do minimum 180 productive meeting with external customers per month as per company norms- Co-ordinate with BSI to extend best Customer Care support to Hospitality clients- Responsible for generation of CBS revenue from Hospitality SectorFUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS (HARDWARE)- Experience of doing market development and growth- Experience of market creation rather than product selling- Experience in concept selling rather than product selling- Excellent in developing relations & providing service- Experience of selling on brand strength, reach & service capabilities- Experience on selling on price set by company rather than by giving discounts- Experience in setting goals and doing reviews of self & improve upon- Experience of working on systems & reporting on daily basisPERSONALITY TRAITS (SOFTWARE)- Pleasing personality with street smartness- Ability to handle senior managers / key decision makers of Hospitality Sector- Flexibility & adaptability- Need creation Skills- Concept selling skills- Convincing Skills- Attitude to follow win win approach leading to building and managing long term relationships- Solution providing attitude- Entrepreneurial attitude & aptitude- Maturity to assess and handle situations (ref:updazz.com)
