Job Description: We are hiring a dedicated academic coordinator to join our medical academy Key Responsibilities: Enquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for doctors (students) inquiring about our courses, providing them with timely and accurate information. Telecommunication: Engage in telecalling activities to follow up with prospective and existing students. Database Management: Maintain and update student and faculty databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information. Faculty Coordination: Liaise with faculty members to organize and schedule classes, ensuring smooth communication and logistical arrangements. Communication Link: Distribute necessary links and information to students and faculty for classes, seminars, and other events. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on student enrollment, class schedules, and other relevant activities. Organizational Tasks: Efficiently manage and organize course-related questions and materials in designated folders. Exam Coordination: Assist in coordinating and communicating exam schedules, preparations, and requirements to students.
