We are looking for skilled Senior System Engineer to undertake the tasks of day-to-day IT Operation Location: Pune Specific requirements: Education: o Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field o Global certification in Microsoft applications, M365 certified administrator expert etc. Experience: 15+ years' relevant hands-on experience in managing Microsoft applications, M365 suites, Global roll out of MS projects and project management, supporting of L2 & L3 issues. Flexible to work: Being responsible for large enterprise network, this position work beyond working hours if required (outages, maintenance, service interruption) Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal, knowledge of writing process documents, Good interpersonal skills, Multi-tasking, English is must Job Responsibilities: Good hands-on of M365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook etc.) Management, maintenance and complete administration of all products of Office 365 user administration Good understanding of Windows server (2K16 to 2K22 OS, virtualization etc.) Good understanding of Azure Services In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience for managing and supporting end-users (Windows and Mac environment) Daily L2/L3 Calls Support on System & User management side. Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules. Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication. Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell. Monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile users. Consult with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and product owners to establish better process flow to mitigate incidents/tasks. Manage user's mobile devices through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MS Intune). Troubleshoot active sync issues with mobile devices. Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams. Should be technically sound, patient, and a good listener to customer concerns. Hands-on in Service Now or other ticketing tools. Experience in working with remote support tools like ConnectWise or Other support tools. Troubleshooting end-user problems and follow-up to ensure problem resolution. OEM, third-party vendors and ISP coordination for visit and troubleshooting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand technical and functional issues and clearly articulate solutions to clients Responds promptly and appropriately to the maintenance needs and requests Maintains the inventory and orders maintenance supplies.
