Role Responsibility: The individual will be responsible for managing client operations for one of EXLs client relationship operations management portfolio. Prior experience of Insurance P&C / GI and London Market is required. The right candidate will need to have experience of handling large teams in an offshore Operations Management role for 4+ years and should display appropriate knowledge of the business nuances. Accountabilities: Ensure that given client operations are run efficiently to ensure higher profitability Ensure client satisfaction on all SLA's and given parameters People management Provide assistance to industry and BU leadership for development of strategies for business development and process improvements.
