DescriptionBusiness Information:Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units—Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.Your responsibilities:Planning, executing, and reporting of internal audits, with focus on ISO9001.Managing and maintain Quality Management System and compliance with ISO9001.Performing and executing the audit plan that covers internal ISO audits including Process, Project, Project site audits and other assessments such as GQSA and supporting External audit.Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders in planning, conducting and follow-up of project/site/customer audits and assessments.Applying Quality methods, processes, and tools to support handling of quality issues.Identifying risks and give recommendations for improvements.Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.Supporting the organization in Process Management and Process Governance.Analyzing the audit performance data and drive for an action.Supporting handling of audit non-conformities.Potential travel to different HVDC sites for internal audits of processes and products.Provide active business partnering to project management,Challenge assumptions, forecasts and execution plans, monitor deviations,Identify risks and opportunities.Actively support Sales and Offer Engineering in preparation of tenders, including but not limited to scope, pricing, costing, risks and opportunities.Ensure order booking in line with accounting and reporting guidelines. * Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Process improvements.Independently identify areas of improvement, define andexecution improvement initiatives with cross functional supportMonthly and quarterly closing –Regular closing tasks within assigned area of responsibility.Internal controls –Ensure SOX compliance within assigned area of responsibility.Budgeting & Forecasting –Actively contribute to monthly forecasts of Revenues and profits.Independent preparation and support of annual budgeting.Your background:Strong experience in project controlling activities in an industrial manufacturing.environment. Ideally in similar manufacturing business.Experience in project and systems business is considered an advantage.Strong leadership skills Profound know-how of SAP (FI/CO/PS) and MS Office, especially MS Excel.Around 10 years of experience in the field.
