Responsibilities: Audit the different branches of Narayana School in Mumbai to ensure compliance with the schedule provided by the central office. Take full responsibility for the academic performance of the high school, including student interaction, teacher training, and parent engagement. Conduct workshops and training sessions for teaching staff to ensure adherence to the educational system and curriculum standards. Analyze exam results and provide feedback to teaching staff and students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Address issues at the branch level promptly and effectively, providing timely updates to the central office on branch operations. Recruit and onboard qualified teaching staff for branches, ensuring the highest standards of instruction and professionalism. Qualifications: MSc, BSc, BTech, BE, MTech, ME, or equivalent degree in a science or mathematics-related field. Minimum of 5 years of teaching and administration experience in a high school setting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and proficiency in computer systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
