Position Overview: As an M4 Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading the modernization of our HDIP Team and driving the transformation of healthcare through cloud-based application solutions. You will be responsible building next generation of low latency, near real time and very highly available cloud based platform using complex algorithms and AI to help identify and close gaps in care. Visual Experience: Champion the development of a visually appealing and user-friendly interface that caters to the needs of healthcare professionals and their customers.
Cloud Integration: Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and ensure seamless integration within the healthcare sector.
Application Development: Use your expertise of product development to advance the capabilities, enabling it to provide valuable insights and support to healthcare professionals.
Healthcare Transformation: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that transform the healthcare landscape.
Team Leadership: Build and lead an impactful engineering team dedicated to applying SDLC standard methodologies to healthcare, fostering excellence and innovation.
Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap aligning it with the company's objectives and healthcare industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Dynamic experience in engineering leadership roles, with a consistent track record of delivering complex projects.
Deep technical expertise in Distributed systems, Java, cloud technologies, and application modernization.
Previous experience in healthcare technology or related fields is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Strong critical thinking and the ability to translate technical vision into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and social skills.
A transformative leader who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to lead software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications.
