As a SOUTH INDIAN CHEF, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes. This is a full-time position with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a South Indian Chef
Knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to create and modify recipes
Strong culinary management skills
Experience in restaurant management
Understanding of the food industry trends and customer preferences
Knowledge of Kerala cuisine is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and creativity

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and cook delicious and authentic South Indian dishes
Create new recipes and develop innovative dishes
Ensure consistent quality and taste of the prepared dishes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Train and supervise kitchen assistants and apprentices
Collaborate with the management team to plan menus and daily specials
Handle customer inquiries and special requests
