- Define and own long-term Salesforce and Business Automation strategy
- Act as product owner for Salesforce across Sales, Finance, and Support
- Own platform roadmap, prioritization, and investment planning
- Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into platform initiatives
- Present roadmaps, risks, ROI, and architectural direction to stakeholders
- Oversee Agile delivery across multiple workstreams
- Review delivery plans, estimates, and release schedules
- Ensure quality across analysis, development, testing, and UAT
- Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce and enterprise integrations
- Oversee integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, Conga CLM, DocuSign, Marketo, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Drive data governance, migration strategy, and lifecycle management
- Lead and mentor global Salesforce teams
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and partners
- Ensure governance, compliance, security, and audit readiness
- Identify automation and platform optimization opportunities
- 12+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments
- 3+ years in people management (global or cross-regional teams)
- Strong experience in Lead-to-Cash processes
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of data architecture and deployment lifecycle
- Experience with identity and access management
- Strong integration architecture and data visibility model knowledge
- Experience managing complex enterprise integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills
